What you can expect in this role

• You will configure and manage the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring system health and optimal performance. 
• You will manage user access and permissions, oversee incidents, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain smooth platform operations. 
• In addition, you will support reporting and analytics by maintaining dashboards and monitoring KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 
• You will also participate in system upgrades and patching, ensuring security, compliance, and up-to-date functionality. 
• Finally, you will maintain documentation and provide training to users, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and vendor management activities. 

Your essential experience and education

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the administration of Corporate IT tools (e.g. Salesforce, MS365, SAP), preferably ServiceNow. 
• Must-haves: Expertise in incident management processes; basic understanding of ITIL principles and JavaScript (or similar scripting languages). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sense of ownership, great prioritization, and the ability to remain effective while multitasking.
• Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.  
• A collaborative and motivated team player, eager to learn and grow, with a strong interest in new technologies and continuous improvement. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German and/or Portuguese are a plus.
