We’re on the lookout for a talented Power Platform Engineer to shape our business transformation journey. You’ll play a crucial role in designing and implementing powerful solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, transforming complex challenges into streamlined, automated processes. Your work within a closely-knit international team with the mission to “give back time (vs. reduce headcount)”.
We are looking for engineers with “application-owner” mindset, who are excited to take end-to-end responsibility for the systems that they are developing - “you build it, you own it, you run it”.

What you can expect in this role

• Design, develop, and implement custom business applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions.  
• Develop and maintain connectors, integrations, and custom APIs for seamless data flow between systems.  
• Optimize and enhance existing Power Platform solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience.  
• Implement best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, security, and performance optimization within Power Platform environments. 
• Support, guide and inspire a community of decentral developers or biz partners (“citizen developers”).  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform developments and best practices.  

Your essential experience and education

• Must-have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Desktop Flows, Copilot Studio), ideally in a competence center set-up   
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Azure) tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a proactive, risk-taking mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/ or German language proficiency is a plus)
