ServiceNow Administrator (m/f/d) Parental Leave Replacement

This is your chance to gain experience with a platform that's central to our business operations. We're looking for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator. ServiceNow is strategically important for our company and used across various departments to improve efficiency and streamline processes. In this role, you will be the go-to person for ensuring our ServiceNow platform runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll configure core features, provide user support, and help maintain the system's health within a supportive environment. No prior ServiceNow experience is required – we will provide training for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong aptitude and eagerness to learn. This position is a parental leave replacement and is limited to 2 years.

What you can expect in this role

  • You provide daily troubleshooting and support to users, ensuring a seamless experience
  • You participate in routine platform maintenance and upgrade processes, keeping our systems up-to-date
  • Besides that, you manage multiple support requests, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining accurate system documentation
  • You contribute to maintaining clear documentation for system configurations and processes, ensuring knowledge is readily available
  • Furthermore, you contribute to the team's efforts to deliver valuable services and platform features, continuously improving our ServiceNow implementation

Your essential experience and education

  • You have a basic understanding of ITIL principles and incident management processes
  • Besides that, you have good problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English - German is a plus
  • Furthermore, you have a collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team
  • Additionally, you are eager to learn new technologies and processes quickly
