SEO contributes significantly to our success, therefore we are looking for a Search Engine Optimization expert who has also leadership experience. Could this be you?

The position can also be fulfilled remotely.

What you can expect in this role

• Your will further increase the organic growth of our many mobility brands in Europe
• You monitor current developments and derive actions based on data
• One of your responsibilities is to develop  the SEO strategy further and to create  a clearly defined SEO roadmap
• You are the point of contact for SEO-related topics addressed by internal & external stakeholders
• Your SEO knowledge is proactively kept up to date and shared within the company
• You act as an active sparring partner of the product development and management
• As a disciplinary team lead, you manage and develop the team of four SEO managers

Your essential experience and education

• Strong technical SEO background with proven operational SEO experience
• Experience in working with SEO tools, AB testing and web tracking tools
• Good understanding of websites, especially front-end technologies and their effects on SEO (HTML, CSS, JS, SSR/CSR)
• A proven track of scaling and optimizing websites in a highly competitive environment
• Fluent in English
• First leadership experience in team building, mentoring and people management
• Having worked in e-commerce industry is a plus
