For over ten years, it has been our goal to be the motorhome portal with the most competent and personal customer service. And soon we will also convince Danish customers with our service! This position includes office as well as home office days and is available full-time or part-time from 20 hours on.

What you can expect in this role

• As a travel consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, being responsible for addressing inquiries by phone and email
• You support with all questions concerning motorhome travel, offer competent advice and create tailor-made offers for camper bookings
• In case of rebookings, special requests and complaints, you take care of change requests from customers
• You correspond with tour operators and supervise the booking process
• By contributing your country-specific know-how, you support in optimizing our website

Your essential experience and education

• You speak Danish on a very good level and can speak English well. Additional languages are a plus
• With your friendly and helpful attitude and your strong communication skills, you provide an outstanding customer experience at all times
• You bring knowledge about the scandinavian market and initial experience in customer service, travel consulting, the hotel industry or tourism
• Ideally you have a passion for traveling and a personal camper experience in one of our destinations
• You are flexible in terms of your working hours (rare assignments on weekends and public holidays)
