We are looking for an enthusiastic working student, who would like to get more insights into the Talent Acquisition field, by owning their first positions and supporting the team in diverse tasks and People & Culture related projects.

What you can expect in this role

• You support our Talent Acquisition team in the supervision, coordination and handling of end-to-end recruiting processes for tech and non-tech positions
• You formulate attractive job advertisements for working students and intern roles and ensure their distribution on relevant job boards
• Furthermore, you research for alternative ways and portals to recruit for specific positions
• You support the team with handling ad-hoc requests and operational tasks
• One of your responsibilities will be to keep our documentation regarding our processes and way of working up to date in our company Wiki

Your essential experience and education

• You are an enrolled student in the field of business administration, business psychology, business law or similar subjects
• Ideally, you bring initial experience in recruiting or human resources through relevant internships or working students positions 
• You feel confident handling MS Office or G Suite 
• Business fluent in English. German is a plus!
• You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent way 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
