For our tech team we are looking for a n IT Support Specialist (f/m/d) in Berlin , who has already gained their first experience with IT troubleshooting and setting up hardware and is going to be the main point of contact for internal users (employees).

What you can expect in this role

• You are going to be supporting users for all systems and programs across the Virtual Minds ecosystem, such as maintaining users, groups, and distribution lists.
• You will be responsible for troubleshooting, documentation of disruptions and inquiries, along with authorization management in both Windows and MacOS environment.
• You are going to be setting up necessary systems and equipment in the office, such as PCs, printers, storage, and software.
• You are going to independently conduct error analysis and report that to manager.

Your essential experience and education

• First experience in technical support, service desk, or similar position.
• Very good knowledge of high availability IT systems and the evaluations of IT infrastructure in high-performance computing.
• Exposure to Microsoft Administration (win server/client, active directory, MS365).
• Experience with Atlassian stack is preferred.
• Familiarity with networks, active directory, DNS, DHCP IPV4.
• Ability to deal with new problems and provide solutions to them.
• Ability to communicate efficiently in both English and German.
