Introduction Sentence

As a Salesforce Engineer in our Tech Hub in Portugal, you will work with a closely-knit collective of highly experienced individuals organized in several agile Product teams with deep competences in cutting-edge media technologies, cloud technologies, product management, software development and operations.

You will be supporting hundreds of users, automating all Sales Pipeline business processes such as CRM, Ad-Sales, Fulfillment, Billing and Analytics.

What you can expect in this role

• You develop tested, readable and maintainable code through pair programming sessions and code reviews. Therefore, you apply best practices, continuously improving your skills.
• As a member of an agile Team, you take responsibility for user stories, provide effort estimates for customer requirements and actively participate in continuous improvements in our way of working. You own each feature through the full development lifecycle: from requirements gathering, to solutioning, implementation, testing, automated CI/CD, monitoring/alerting and troubleshooting post-go-live issues.
• You follow market trends, analyze new technologies and approaches for improving engineering quality and code sustainability.

Your essential experience and education

• Comprehensive working experience with Salesforce core functionalities incl. finding sustainable solutions for different scenarios (using either Salesforce standard features or develop custom features).
• You are experienced with Apex and LWC, and you are motivated to learn about other Salesforce technologies & best practices.
• You can work with Git and Salesforce metadata (org-based deployment model). You worked with DevOps tools like Jira, GitLab CI/CD (or equivalent) to ensure a robust development lifecycle.
• You know Salesforce APIs on how to integrate with other systems.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/ or German language proficiency is a plus)
