We are looking for a Senior/Lead Expert Marketing Analyst to join our Customer Experience Analytics Team. You are part of a Team of 8 people who cover functional areas related to Brand, Marketing, Customer, Campaign and User online behavior.  In your role, you will act as a strong business partner and contribute with insights for the different stakeholders in marketing. For this position, we are able to hire someone at the Senior or Lead Expert level.  We will define your level in the interview process.

What you can expect in this role

• You are responsible for the conception, optimization, and implementation of marketing analytics projects to support the success of the company
• Together with your team, you support all marketing teams with performance measurement, KPIs, and dashboards in Tableau
• You will translate business requirements into analytical elements and clarify/agree on the scope of analytical tasks
• Furthermore, you inspire other team members and stakeholders with best practices and/or modern approaches to answer analytical questions
• You will visualize the flow and key aspects of the marketing funnel and user web/app behaviors
• You identify possibilities for our own data activation as well as new developments in the market and pursue new opportunities

Your essential experience and education

• Previous experience from E-commerce or digital services is desired. Experience with user-tracking on web or in app environment is a plus
• Strong SQL and/or Python literacy on expert level (will be tested during the interview process)
• Ideally first-hand experience in at least 2 of the following marketing channels: SEA, Affiliate, CRM and important marketing KPIs
• Good data and concepts visualization skills, experience in dashboarding or BI reporting
• Presentation skills and stakeholder management
• Good written and verbal English

• Full transparency:  For this role, we have a salary band between 60,000€ and 75,000€ gross per year as a Senior and between 65,000€ and 90,000€ as a Lead Expert. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
