We are looking for you as an Agile Coach (m/f/d). We offer a fulltime position (40h/week) in one of our locations in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich or Leipzig. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office. 

Your Mission

• As part of our cross-functional teams, you are working towards delivering the most valuable products and services that are paying into our company goals.
• Being an integral part of the Agile team, you are continuously working on improving agility and training, coaching and coordinating teams towards a business model driven mindset throughout the entire company.  
• You facilitate the usage of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and other mindsets like Lean etc. in order to ensure full team engagement with the aim to do the right things and to do them right.
• You implement processes to create an environment for an optimal team performance and utilise feedback and metrics (Lead time, Cycle time, WIP, etc.) to identify areas of improvement.
• You remain at the leading-edge of Agile development practices and help teams to implement and improve their Agile development approaches.

Your essential experience and education

• You have profound experience as a hands-on Agile Coach or Scrum Master, promoting Agile methodologies and supporting tools.
• You have excellent discovery, business, delivery and troubleshooting skills to make the right decisions that will ultimately lead your team to a successful product.
• You are an outstanding communicator across teams and hierarchies, comfortable with both writing and presenting to get your ideas heard and alignment from a variety of stakeholders.  
• You are a team player with a servant Leadership and people first mentality, being able to work cohesively with teams.
• Your analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills help to navigate through roadblocks that may occur.  
• You are experienced in applying different product discovery methods and techniques such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
• You have knowledge of common CI/CD practices.
• You are experienced in using DevOps KPI and support teams to visualize, interpret and drive decisions based on this data to enable e2e ownership in the software delivery process.
• You are fluent in English and have an advanced knowledge in German (level B2 or above).
